Perfect location to see Pisa and Lucca, but also was the cleanest booking we've ever stayed in. The breakfast was exceptional and we were even served early to accomodate our early flight. The rooms were unique-- a very boutique hotel feel. There is a lovely garden to sit in and we had a view of the hills from our upstairs window.

The location，though not in downtown Pisa，is rather convenient by bus （knowingly most taxi booking apps do not work in Pisa！）. Rooms are very clean and well-maintained，and the neighborhood is beautiful，relaxing and tranquil. Marisa，the landlady is thoughtful，kind and good at communicating with guests from different cultures（plus good command of English ）. We highly recommend this lodging for holiday makers capable of appreciating its overall value.

Nice location, comfortable bed, possibility to use normally furnished shared kitchen with cooker / fridge / microwave etc., as well as washing machine.

The hostess. She is so cooperative and very sweet lady. She clearly explained to us the guidelines and how to operate to access in and out. She was very patient to clear our doubts eventhough we had to use google translator for communication. But we both enjoyed the process 😌. Rooms had complimentary breakfast snack items to our surprise. Excellent memories of staying in this place.

Room is perfect, especialy the bed - one of the most comfortable bed we had in a long while. Common room (kitchen) is clean, tidy, with enough space and with everything we needed for our stay. Andrea was great, very welcoming, willing to help and provide any info neccecary. We listened for some of his recommendations and they did not dissapoint. Additionaly, it was very easy to negotiate our arrival even though we were unsure of our arrival time.

We spent here 3 nights (2 people) and we liked it. It was clean, had AC, TV, fridge in our room, hairdryer in private bathroom, had shared kitchen that can be used together with guests in the other room. Communication with owner was online, works perfectly. Apratment is 5 min away from bus station. The owner even prepared for us something to eat day before check out that we could take with us, since our flight was early in the morning and we left our apartment at 3 a.m.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is large and clean, with a coffee machine and a refrigerator. Parking space in front of the building, bus stop a short distance to the city center. I recommend.
