Perfect location to see Pisa and Lucca, but also was the cleanest booking we've ever stayed in. The breakfast was exceptional and we were even served early to accomodate our early flight. The rooms were unique-- a very boutique hotel feel. There is a lovely garden to sit in and we had a view of the hills from our upstairs window.

We highly recommend this lodging for holiday makers capable of appreciating its overall value.

My aunt and I had one night in Pisa between travels. Daniela’s place was an easy bus ride away from the train station. She met us when we said we would be there, was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and recommended the perfect nearby restaurant for dinner. There was small noise from other guests in the other rooms / building but we both sleep with ear plugs and even managed to sleep later than intended!

It was clean, had AC, TV, fridge in our room, hairdryer in private bathroom, had shared kitchen that can be used together with guests in the other room. Communication with owner was online, works perfectly. Apratment is 5 min away from bus station. The owner even prepared for us something to eat day before check out that we could take with us, since our flight was early in the morning and we left our apartment at 3 a.m.
