Perfect location to see Pisa and Lucca, but also was the cleanest booking we've ever stayed in. The breakfast was exceptional and we were even served early to accomodate our early flight. The rooms were unique-- a very boutique hotel feel. There is a lovely garden to sit in and we had a view of the hills from our upstairs window.

We highly recommend this lodging for holiday makers capable of appreciating its overall value.

My aunt and I had one night in Pisa between travels. Daniela’s place was an easy bus ride away from the train station. She met us when we said we would be there, was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and recommended the perfect nearby restaurant for dinner. There was small noise from other guests in the other rooms / building but we both sleep with ear plugs and even managed to sleep later than intended!

We spent here 3 nights (2 people) and we liked it. It was clean, had AC, TV, fridge in our room, hairdryer in private bathroom, had shared kitchen that can be used together with guests in the other room. Communication with owner was online, works perfectly. Apratment is 5 min away from bus station. The owner even prepared for us something to eat day before check out that we could take with us, since our flight was early in the morning and we left our apartment at 3 a.m.

We were greated by a very friendly lady, showing us around the property and the room. The room is a part of the guest house of Villa Scorzi, were we met with a nice lady Sonja, who is very friendly and takes care of her pet cats. The room was spacious, felt luxurious and spotless clean! Breakfast was abundant and quite delicious. The property is about 17 minutes away from city center of Pisa, which is a nice addition.

The B&B is located in a building dating back to 1800 and is beautifully renovated and decorated with style. A lovely spacious room, well equipped bathroom. Both spotlessly clean as is the rest of the building. A sumptuous breakfast is served in the morning with homemade jams, cake as well as homemade sandwiches with tomatoes straight from the owners orchard. Fresh fruit galore. All run by a very lovely hostess. Recommended!
