Great location for cross country skiing. The hotel is beautifully renovated, it's comfortable and the spa is priceless! Would definitely come back.

Despite humid and cold air outside, room was very well heated. Breakfasts in the form of buffet (everything was fresh) with an optional cup of coffee. The personnel extremely kind and interested in your plans. Bathroom was tidy and perfectly clean. Separate place for drying skis and skiboots. Cosy appartment perfectly located in rural area of Niederdorf/Villabassa. The room with maps and receptionists allowed us to plan our cross-country skiing routes. In the last day we could admire calm and beautiful winter scenery through panoramic windows from the breakfast room. The room well and conveniently furnished. The photos on Web page correspond with current state of the room and bathroom. Very close to the restaurant, Niederdorf centre and ski rental point.

What a great, relaxing stay! This place has many positive sides to it! 1) location: right in front of the bus stop, where 2 buses pass by (at least in summer), which will bring you to the train station, shops, and supermarkets within 6 mins. Otherwise it is 15 min walk downhill to these places (Google Maps don't account for the pedestrian shortcuts, overestimating the time). I traveled around the region with public transportation without any problems. The area is very peaceful and the views to watch the sunset over the mountains are remarkable. 2) food: I really appreciated breakfasts and dinners, the products are all fresh and the meals are delicious. Having a salad buffet for dinner is very nice. They try to accommodate for your food preferences and restrictions as well. 3) facilities: very well mantained and clean! WiFi was working well for me: no problems with watching videos and doing Zoom calls. It was slow only once during my stay, but the issue was quickly solved. They also give you a 7-day holiday pass for public transportation for free - very helpful! Plus, lots of materials about what to see and to do in the area are available, especially check the booklets from the tourism office, I did some nice activities offered by them. I stayed during a hot week, and never felt hot in my room. 4) staff: everyone working here is extremely nice and accommodating. You are a guest, not a customer here. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

The location is very, very nice, with a wonderful view. Clean rooms with daily cleaning plus a great parking lot and the most thing I like is the lovely family and their perfect service of providing us all we needed plus the daily delicious food 👌. From my experience of travelling, I found the apartment is the most perfect one, I really recommend it and would book it for the future again and again.
