The location, the view and the light from the windows. The house is very comfortable. Its a peaceful and very beautiful place to stay. And Karine is very nice too...So we recommend it 100%

Bretland
This was our favourite place to stay during our week in Iceland. The cottage is about 100m away from the reception area but totally private with a view to take your breath away. The little cottage is warm clean and has all you need. There is Wi-Fi but no tv ( who needs one with views like this) there is a stunning river close by, there are wonderful walks, hot tubs and the breakfast served in the main building was by far the best we had, incredible value! The evening meal was very good and they even “changed the menu” to give our son who is type 1 diabetes and coeliac a great meal, you sit with a view of the river tumbling over rocks, then home to watch the sunset. Go and stay here !
