It was a beautiful stay very different from the regular hotels and I would strongly recommend it to visitors coming to Yogya. The architecture is gorgeous, the place peaceful and the staff were so warm and hospitable, always ready with any help or information you might need. Even if you come without planning for a driver or tour, they would be able to arrange and it is slightly better priced than some online portals. The location is on a quiet street which is great for us. The breakfast is a wonderful spread which is served as an individual set in the courtyard garden when you are ready. Don't miss this! We had different menus on the 2 days we stayed.

Perfect housekeeping by a team led by Maria. Friendly and considerate staff. Maria made all arrangements for our day tours, gave us tips and recommendations for eating out and places to see, and she and her team made our stay a pleasant one. Rolly i Lala ens han ajudat molt durant la nostra estància a Yogyakarta. Són super amables i acollidors. Ens van ajudar amb el tema de lloguer de motos fent-ho tot molt fàcil. També els contactes que tenen en diferents agències per visitar els temples de la zona han sigut molt acollidors i a preus molt competitius. Està ubicada al centre per visitar els diferents punts d'interès turístic de la ciutat. Esmorzars super bons, cada dia diferents i a la hora convinguda. Si tornem a venir a yogya no tindrem dubte de on anar. No és pot demanar més pel preu que té.

It is out in a rural area well outside the city. Very peaceful and relaxing. Room was super clean and air conditioned with a large bathroom ( no a/c) and mini bar. ( Beer and cokes only) It has a small but good restaurant ( reserve meals in advance) and a lovely garden and pool. Looks out on rice fields with birds and nature all around. It is close.to a mosque and you can definitely hear the call to prayer. It added to the atmosphere for us and they turn down the loudspeaker for the 4am call to prayer!. You can borrow the bikes and ride through the working rice fields leased from the sultan. You certainly get to see authentic rural Javanese life but its not for those who want any kind of nightlife! Beer available but no wine, so bring your own if you want to relax over a glass while getting your authenticity!

Every morning we received local breakfast. Possiibilities to buy water and instant soups in the property. They provide a nice daydriver at the place for a good price.

The lovely and lush garden. Quiet and relaxing environment. Complete facilities. Good location . Near to restaurants, cafes and mini grocery stores. Titik nol is about 25 minutes walk. Such a lovely host. I was served local food in the morning while I was sitting at the kitchenette having my usual breakfast I've bought myself prior to arriving (muesli, yoghurt and banana) and coffee (provided by the host). She gave me little snackettes for several days..bananas..fritters..currypuff..nasi Gudek.. Although, breakfast is not included in the booking. Im soo grateful. Thank you for being a superb host!
