The house is located in the end of the quiet street, it's very green all around, and you can see ancient Roman ruins from the balcony. We arrived late in the evening, and the host waited for us to hand in the keys. Drinking coffee on a balcony of the apartment was a very relaxing experience. The location is perfect, it’s just a few hundred meters away from the city centre. The hosts were really nice. Really good price for value. The room and the bathroom were really clean and well designed. The matress was comfortable (not too soft). There were enough sockets in the room (for example next to the bed). We also apprecieted, that the windows have mosquito nets. AC was also available in the room. The wifi functioned well. Parking in the garden is available.

It is located in a quiet street, a bit away from town city center - this was what we sought. Parking was possible inside the yard. In short: we will have this stay as a yardstick for our future stays with private hosts!
