We were welcomed by the host (mother & son) and from the very beginning they tried to make us feel like at home. Very kind, nice… They made us coffee, popcorn for our kid… It was like visiting a relative. The place has huge garden with sitting area (fully equipped kitchen you can use) and although it was raining from time to time we spent most of our time there. Our son didn’t want to move anywhere from there. We took a room with one bed but it was big enough to suit my husband, myself and our 5 yo kid. The room is small but functional, on the first floor (some 20 stairs), very clean.

Jericho was an exceptional host. He made sure we knew where everything was to help us feel AT HOME in his house. He took out zero gravity chairs so we could lounge outside, he brought us napkins when we had none while eating at the picnic table in his Biergarten. He even shared photos and offered us shots when we tried to communicate. His house is pristine and I would stay there again with my rental car. Best would have been to spend to arrive the night before, spend the day in the natl park and return there for the evening. He is located super close to a shopping mall with supermarket which made it easy to but and prepare food on his grill ! He offered us the ability to use it! My only regret is not being able to speak Croatian.

The family was so nice! They gave us all the information we needed and even gave us recommendations. Unfortunately we were so busy we only got to (properly) chat with them at the last day but they're so friendly! Definitely going back!

This was the perfect place for us to stay! Restaurants were within walking distance, room was great, bed was super comfy, and breakfast was delicious. The care given to us was incredible - Marija was around to answer any questions we had and provide recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here!
