perfect quiet very clean. fully stocked kitchen large fridge in room. beautiful garden birds bees and butterflies! much hiking available all around! local bus available very close! would love to return! owners were sweethearts very helpful!

The room is comfortable, looks exactly like in the pictures, with a nice design and is clean. I liked the bathroom the most (the size, the shower cabin, permanent hot water). The owner is friendly and always willing to help you if needed. There is a small beach just across the road from the property. It would have been perfect if there were some sunbeds :)

The room is spacious and has everything you need. Great location across from one of the best restaurants in Therma. Warm shower, nice private terrace, functional kitchen and the host Anna is a really lovely woman who takes care of the place into the smallest detail and really cares for her guests.

Filio and her family were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived early on the morning ferry and they held our bags for us and prepared our room quickly, ahead of our check in time. On our last night we had trouble with the air conditioning, Filio was available and offered to move us into a different room which was so nice. The rooms are simple and clean, they cleaned the room for us during our stay as well. The beds were nothing special but not uncomfortable. The shower always had warm water. The location is perfect! Just off the main stretch of Therma so it is very quiet, but close to multiple tavernas (I recommend Garden in the Sky and Feggari). It is also close to the path to the vathres and bus stop. Overall, I would recommend staying here, especially for such a great price.

The restaurant is quite good and it's nice that guests have 10% discount. The beach bar is nice, rooms are clean and have everything. Breakfast is ok. The free canoes on the beach are good. The fresh grilled fish at the restaurant and Greek salad are amazing.
