Archontiko Filippidi is the best option to explore Northern Pilio! Ioanna is an amazing host, discreet and yet friendly, smiling and attemptive. She served us a beautiful breakfast on the breathtaking terrace overlooking the gulf and the sea - we couldn't wish for a better start of our day! The room is simple, perfectly clean and has everything you may need, included a little fridge. We will definitely come back!

Great value for money: spacious room with a nice balcony and lovely views of the sea and surrounding landscape. Very tasty and rich breakfast served on a wonderful terrace. Short distance to the village centre…When we come to Pelion again, we are sure to return to Iliovolos 😊

Wonderful and very clean place in a tiny village. The owner Sofia is very kind and helpful. The perfect place to disconnect and to explore the surrounding area and villages.

Popi is the nicest host, she showed us the beautiful path to the town center and we enjoyed talking with her and hearing from her about life in pilion. Her breakfast was very good and home made, the room was comfortable and clean. Finding the way for the first time isn't easy but it's worth it, don't miss the walk in the village to get to the village center, and the water at the end of the road :)

We spent most of our nights in the common room and outdoor seating area under the trees, which were really beautiful and fun. Waking up to the peaceful, quiet neighborhood was a delight, although the villa is close to the center of the village and the steam train station :)

A very beautiful place with an amazing view. Easy to reach all places on Pelion. Since we were 5 people with a large number of suitcases, Dina and her father met us in the center of the village with two vehicles and brought us to the house. The host family lives in a nearby house and we were constantly assisted with any questions we asked. Since the ascent from the center of the village to the house is a bit difficult and we were with an elderly mother, we had a problem with her arrival every day on foot to the house. We got transportation to mother in Dina's or her father's car (without, of course, ordering it in advance), while they refused to accept additional payment for it. Delicious breakfasts from traditional Greek food prepared by Dina's mother (and very tasty natural orange juice). All of the above gave us a feeling that goes beyond getting to know the beautiful and ancient Greece, but getting to know .good people - something that makes traveling to another country even more unique
