It is a spacious place exactly in the tourist center of Ioannina. Its amenities are of high standards. Everything well thought off and clean. The apartment is in two levels. Both have a bathroom and a double bed. All of them in excellent conditions and very clean. I was not able to see the remains of previous guests - which is rare !

Fantastic location, clean and functional and we felt very accommodated and looked after by the host. We were a family of 3 adults and one 4 year old child, and the apartment was perfect for us.

Allowed to check in a bit earlier when room was ready Tasteful design with colourful decor throughout cafe communal area and room Room modernised and very functional. With super comfy bed and lovely linens. No perfumes. Shower excellent. Views out to hills over back gardens from balcony Very good value for money. Excellent location on lakefront easy 5 min walk to main historic sites. Easy 20 min walk to bus station. Highly recommend
