Set on a lush hillside, 7 km away from the town of Edessa, Guesthouse Kastro is a traditional complex offering rooms with a fireplace. It includes restaurant and a bar decorated in rustique style.

The food was amazing the best by far and we’re 1.5 weeks into our trip. The staff (family) went out of their way. The views were beautiful It is 7km away from Edessa close enough to visit.

This 18th-century mansion was traditionally restored using wood and local stone. Rooms have romantic décor with brass beds and lace curtains. A breakfast with homemade delicacies is offered.

First we must mention the kindness of Euterpi - the special woman at the reception of the hotel. She explained us so well about the hotel and the area. At the hotel, a family and friendly welcome, coffee, tea, homemade cake and fruit, of. The building and the rooms are charming, everything is clean and tidy, excellent breakfast, excellent location. Everything is perfect, free parking

The house is very nice and in a perfect position to visit Edessa. We loved the attention to details of the owners, G&G. They had toys and books for babies a very child friendly house. Loved the paintings too.
