Filippos a down-to earth place located on the road just below the village church. Stairs by the side of the house leads up to the rooms on the second and third floor. A kitchen is located in the corridor with the basic cookware needed for prepping a meal . Communal balcony with table overlooks the road leading down to the spas, cafes , restaurants and the beach and also a great view of the beautiful hillside with spectacular rock formations. Rooms are basic simple with a refrigerator and ceiling fan, that gives relief on warm nights . A great great plus for this property is the lack of cooking fumes from the restaurants. The layout of the property invites connections with other travelers.

The room was very nice and such a quiet place to relax! We stayed there one night to be close to the airport. The kind lady who ran Drakano Rooms took us to the airport the next morning. There was quite a hike to get to the beach and restaurants. We weren't quite prepared for that!

My room was very clean (cleaned every day) with a very comfortable bed, air-conditioning, quiet with a great wi-fi connection, fantastic views of the mountains from my balcony, and a superb breakfast for 5 Euros only! The owner, Alithini was one of the best hostesses I have met in the 57 Greek islands I have visited over the last 30 years. I am definitely coming back!!

It is very comfortable (AC, mosquito screens, washing machine, ...). Excellent bedding. The property is truly beautiful (olive, laurel, fig trees everywhere), extremely well kept, quiet and relaxing. The pool area is charming. The breakfast is very good with home made preserves and the hosts are nice.
