It is a clean, bright, and convenient room. It was a good view from the window - the river, roofs of small buildings, trees, and birds in the sky. It was a good conditioner in the room. A good set of kitchen staff. A real and true bath in the room. And another important thing. The normal table. The table for normal work - that's why I choose this hotel.

The relatively new hotel has a perfect location near Kolchis fountain, so it's really in the city centre and you can reach anything of interest by feet. My room was very spacious and well equipped: A/C, Wifi, fridge, safe, couch and a watercooker. The balcony is quite big and perfect for a little rest or to have breakfast. The restaurant in the house is recommendable although prices are very high for Kutaisi. The restaurant ends at 11pm, so it won't harm your sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very special: they bring it into your room. It was tasty and enough.

Such a lovely and genuine lady running the place 💕 Made us feel very welcome even with our limited language together (her daughter spoke perfect English). Location and the room were both good. Breakfast was versatile.

Friendly owners of the house, good location and a wonderful view of the mountains. There are enough dishes in the kitchen and other necessary utensils. The room is clean. The guest house is located in a quiet area at the top, and there is a cable car to the city center nearby.
