The staff were a lovely couple and the rooms were exactly what was advertised. I was greeted upon entry and spent the morning chatting with the couple as I waited for my Uber. Great showers also which always makes a stay that bit better. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay near Heathrow on a budget.
