Location very good with walking distance to central village with lot of pubs and restaurants. Also nice beach walk with access directly beneath the B&B. Very nice and helpful owners. The room was beautiful, and a very fair price. A very comfy bed and really friendly service. The town is amazing, everyone is really friendly. I didn't like the lack of breakfast at first, however, there are so many cafes and other food places within a 2 minute walk you're really spoilt for choice around sheringham.

Our room was very homely with a sitting area and views over the garden. Large comfortable bed and immaculately clean bathroom. The pub was very welcoming and traditional - all the food & drink we had was good. Lots of choice at breakfast with great coffee. Well located in a quiet village but less than 3 miles from both Cromer and Sheringham. Very close to a couple of National Trust properties as well.

clean, quiet, friendly staff. I was going to check out, but I got a horrific migraine and booked another night. I had to switch rooms (which isn’t a problem at all) and I waited patiently in the lobby. They went out of their way to make sure a room was prepared for me way before normal check-in time, and I didn’t even ask them to do that. It was very kind, and very much appreciated. You step out the front door and the sea is right there! wonderful stay.

From start to finish, Jane and Neil were so welcoming and made you feel so at home! They got my room ready early for me and let me meet their beautiful dogs. The room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the beach and the town including the light house which I loved! Breakfast was lovely and it was like home from home.

Hosts were superb. Great food. Buzzing pub. Very quick to get people out on there curfew (Bar) so makes it easier and nicer to sleep at a suitable time. They provided great service throughout the whole stay!
