The room was a good size with a decent size bathroom with a shower. There is parking outside the pub and the guesthouse is about 20 minutes drive from Sunderland Stadium of light. The local area is lovely with the coast only a short drive away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Handy place to stay with dogs as there is an enclosed yard at the rear and a green space for exercising them just outside the front door. Issue with the boiler on the first night was resolved within the hour. Milk in the fridge which is always a nice touch.JanFamily with young children
