    Clean, contemporary and comfortable. Everything was good quality, furnishings, toiletries, towel. Breakfast was tailored to individual requirements and was very tasty. A good location for some peace just outside the town. Rhian is a great host.

    Great location for walking in the Southern Snowdonia area. Room was exceptionally clean and Gareth was a great host from start to finish. Good filling breakfast with plenty of choice. plenty of parking at the rear of the guest house. Would definitely be happy to stay again.
