The best B&B in our 14 day trip around the Ireland. Amazing owner, which was really kind and gave us a lot of recomendations what to do and where to eat in town. Beautiful, specious and clean room. Amazing buffet breakfast. The place is basicly in the city center. I would recommend this B&B to everyone.

Of the three weeks traveling around Ireland, this was the best shower we had. Great water pressure, plenty hot, big enough to move around in and didn't leak water all over the bathroom floor! The only thing that would make it better is a shelf to put your soap/shampoo/razor on rather than the floor. The room was cozy but not too tight. Had full control of the heat so could turn it off! A couple snacks and tea/coffee provided with a kettle and toaster.

It was perfect location, extremely comfortable and a lovely area to stay in. Karen was very friendly and came to meet us at the door. They even provided milk and water. If you’re into hiking, it’s a close drive to Mt Errigal. It’s also a stones throw from Wild Ireland. I’ll definitely stay again!

The house and setting is stunning. There were Holsteins grazing outside our window. The hosts are very thoughtful and accommodating; breakfast is plentiful; all clean and quiet. We didn’t rent a car so friends dropped us off there. Twice the host gave us rides into Derry. We took a taxi back on Saturday night. The taxi driver had no trouble finding it, and it was inexpensive.

This an outstanding accommodation! If you have the good fortune to find an open booking, stop your search and reserve a room. Although there is no dedicated parking, if you arrive after five, you can park right in front of Georgian Townhouse or at least a few steps away in the street. Once parked, car can stay until you leave at no charge. If you arrive before 5, there is plenty of car park parking nearby. Just look at pictures on line. Townhouse is impeccably newly renovated. Eileen is an artist with a great sense of color and space. This was by far our best accommodation. It’s just a short walk into the city. Bed was REALLY comfy, shower and tub top notch. What can I say, if I could find a spot like this in every city, I might not stop traveling. Also, incredible value for money Eileen is lovely!

I liked everything, even the climb up the hill to get there.The decor was fresh, colourful, well cared for. Breakfast in bed was well conceived, delivered on time and delicious.The staff I met was friendly and helpful.It was quiet. The door code worked perfectly. Kitchen well equipped. I was a bit worried about the external private bath a few floors down but it was so charming I felt privileged to call it mine.

The rooms are very cosy and clean. It's a good location in the centre of Derry right by the historic walls. It's the second time we stay here so definitely can't complain about anything!

The room was extremely clean and Liam and the lady that helped me park were both very efficient and friendly. In addition, my son left his Fitbit there by accident. Liam was fantastic in that he contacted me about it and hung onto it so I could pick it up when we looped back through. Thank-you, Liam! Both my son and I really, really appreciate it. That on top of a lovely well-lit room with a great shower made it a great visit.
