For my needs this was a great location, easy free parking options, 8 mins walk to local shops and restaurants and the room was very spacious and nicely put together. Comfortable bed and nice large shower were the top features for me. Very generous and well stocked tea / coffee facilities as well. I'd definitely stay again. Great value for price.

Lucie was the perfect hostess---the guest house is IMMACULATE, and there is much attention-to-detail. As former B & B operators, we were quite impressed. The breakfast offered has a lot of variety and is quite plentiful. We hopefully will visit again! "Lucie Stirling" would be a great name for a spunky British sleuth in a detective novel! :-)

Great hosts, very friendly and helpful, lovely location close to Arundel with plenty to do in and around the area. Recommend the boat trip, such fun. Big thumbs up from us TX
