Everything was great! Accommodation, wonderful breakfast and the hospitality of Des & Mo. The location of the house and all the sights of the city are nearby. Quiet and relaxing holiday, taken care of!!!

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with options available to order the evening before. The bedrooms were spacious and extremely comfortable with a large en-suite bathroom. I was particularly thankful for the ceiling fan as the weather was sunny and hot! I was also very pleased to be able to make the tea/coffee in the room. Gate Lodge is about a 3 minute walk from Hunstanton beach, but there was plenty of paid parking nearby for those who cannot walk far. It is a short walk to the town-centre. There is a lovely sunny, well-kept garden and patio area. Steven and Archie were very attentive and helpful. If in the area again I would definitely stay here.

Very nice house on a quiet street near the town square. Room booked was very spacious. It was not the lowest price room available. Very nice breakfast included that was served by the host and his wife. You could not ask for a nicer breakfast or service.

This is a wonderful spot in a seaside town, its very private and a excellent sense of space. The owners were great and very helpful. The property is very quiet nad only 1min to the main street. Parking was all safe and good

Clean and comfortable guest house, situated in a quiet road five minutes walk from beach and town. Sandy and Bob, the hosts, are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was fantastic.

Perfect location. Close to town (2 blocks), but far enough away for a peaceful setting. It was exactly the English charm that we wanted. Linda was the perfect host.
