I enjoyed my stay in that lovely, clean and well situated hotel near Hounslow central metro station as well as the city center. What makes it exceptional is the kindness and the professionalism of the staff who made me feel at home.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Bonus of kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits. Fantastic bathrooms and shower. Very clean. Bonus fans in all our rooms.

Friendly staff, we checked in early, 10 am, no problem. Tube and great Indian restaurants 2 blocks away, also grocery store 2 blocks. Great value, great people.

The apartment owner is very respectful and helpful. Communication was good with the owner, providing us with towels and ironing board. Also give us the wifi password as it was fixed from where we accessed. We also left our bags after leaving the apartment and came back at night to get the bags.

Everything!!!!! It was soooo clean it sparkled!!!! I’ve never, ever stayed in such a gleaming, shiny-clean place and l’ve travelled extensively in about forty countries. The location was great: close to bus stops and on the route for the free bus service to Heathrow. It was very close to the airport. The bed was soooo comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and really lovely. It was great having a fridge, microwave and being able to eat at the guesthouse instead of having to go to a restaurant (although there is a restaurant within walking distance and many others just a bus ride away). I will never stay anywhere else in London and will recommend this guesthouse to all of my friends.

This property has so much potential. It could be so cute and quaint with a touch of nostalgia and cool history. Unfortunately, it was not clean, there was no toilet paper or clean folded towels, there was black hair in the sink and a dirty sock left in the wardrobe. The pillows did not have pillow cases or a duvet cover on the duvet. The fitted sheet on one bed had stains all over it. It is a dark entry and it was hard to tell if we were in the right place or not. The host basically was not ready for us. We arrived at 11 pm and did send a note that we would be a late arrival, we woke up the sister in the main cottage and were left on the street to wait for his arrival. If we had an option of somewhere to go we would have left. The host did give us free bottled water and 2 pops. The location is optimal one stop from Heathrow.

Everything. But specially the crew, all very nice. We really feel to be home and cosy. The pub is very quiet and the food is good. Great to watch a football game after a long day of walks in Kew Gardens or Richmond Park. We love it.
