Absolute gem of a find, and wonderful hosts. Great views of the sea and coastline. Great location. Lovely room and spotlessly clean. Quiet and relaxing garden are at the rear, with a small patio at the front of the property, own entrance to the room. Gina and Greg made us feel so welcome.

Absolutely fantastic host. So friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Spotlessly clean and quiet. Shared lounge which was empty when we were there. Fridge in the lounge if you need it. Convenient location. We would definitely stay there again.

Picked Morecambe for a short trip as a birthday present because of the reviews for Broadwater. I'd settled on seaside west coast town and was honestly skeptical of the highest [legitimate-looking] score I've ever seen on Booking. In actuality, I couldn't take Broadwater highly enough. We we're greeted on arrivals by David who brought our bags to for us, recommended some things and places to eat nearby. There are booklets and flyers of the local area (some historic) all over the property. The room was excellent. It has a range of Dyson products including heater and hair-dryer. There's also shower roved. Everything in this accommodation has been perfected, down to the little bee-themed shakers on the table. A lot of thought has also been put into sustainability and local goods and services. Breakfast made to order and also, porridge, fruit compote, coffee - along with a view of the sea.
