You will not find two more detail-oriented, thoughtful and generous hosts than Thomas and Ben. This stay was exceptional and the breakfast was equal to any five-star dining experience we’ve had in all of Scotland. The owners went above and beyond to return a treasured item back to us that we’d forgotten after we left Grantown. We highly recommend staying at the Rossmor on any trip to the Cairngorms.

It was a lovely stay at the Ravenscourt House. The two hosts Nick and Chris took care of absolutely every need we had. Delicious breakfast, cozy rooms, delightful service and a good sense of humor. Daniel and Sarah are always the best hosts. They go above and beyond and you always feel comfortable and looked after. Breakfast is excellent and they cope well with various dietary needs. Lots of options meaning we had a different breakfast each day! Lots of it is homemade or local.

Dunallan Guest House is a lovely place to stay. Very easy to find and close to the main street of Grantown-on-Spey. The owners are really friendly people, and knowledgeable of the local history and tourism spots. Our room was beautiful. We were visiting in late November and the pure pleasure of entering a guest house that is heated to a cosy temperature is virtually all one can hope for. A really comfortable bed and nice-sized shower made us feel completely welcome and valued. This is my partner's first time to the UK/Europe and introducing him to a full Scottish breakfast was a real treat. We would have liked to have stayed longer, so next time we are in Scotland, we will make sure we use Dunallan Guest House as our base to sightsee from.

The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. They have incredible amounts of knowledge about the surroundings and Scotland, very useful when planning the rest of the trip. The room was very clean and tidy, as well as the rest of the house (since it's an older house you could expect some minor things, but we found none to complain or mention). The breakfast is great and can be tailored to your wishes. The description on booking.com is very accurate. We had the room with a separate bathroom, which was mentioned in the ad and noted beforehand during contact.
