Our best hotel experience of all hotels at the South coast of the UK! We had an amazing stay in this hotel and what a great hosts are Rich and Katie, no effort has been spared to make us feel like at home here. The room was cozy and beautiful furniture and the view was stunning. It was beautiful to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning, down in the lobby and the homemade cakes were the best we've ever tasted. It were all kind of nice things that made our stay at sea view all the more perfect. We can highly recommend this hotel, in fact this was our best experience in all hotels that we've seen at the south coast of England. Totally beyond expectation. The room is large and clean. Very professional service and friendly stuffs. Would definitely come to stay here again next time. Besides, they provide super delicious food. The pork belly might be the best one I’ve ever tried.

The location is perfect! Rooms are clean. Staffs are kind and friendly. Breakfast is good. It was one of the best places we stayed so far. We did not stay in a room with sea view, but you can definitely consider a room with view. The view of hotel is remarkable!

We were changed to a larger room at no extra cost at the owner's behest. Very nice atmosphere and facilities in a period house. Very good breakfasts.

Melanie is fantastic! She helped us and gave us tips about our visit to Seven Sisters. The room, shower, wifi, everything was great, but what I loved the most was the little details - having a bottle of water and other goods available. I think the highlight of our stay was the breakfast - it was exceptional. You can pick from a menu card and there are veggie and vegan-friendly options. The helping staff was super nice. If you ever saw Gilmore Girls and Lorelei's dream of an own inn, then this is exactly what the Cherry Tree and Melanie felt like. When we come back to eastbourne I wouldn't stay in another place!

Well when I stay in a place I do not sleep in the bed I sleep on top of it but at the place I slept in side it omg it was so clean I loved it I Will be back again thanksxx
