Warm and friendly welcome from Jenny and Becky, who looked after our every need and nothing too much trouble. Beautiful house and gardens, spacious room and en suite, which were spotless. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed many a good chat with Jenny, during our 5 day stay in Conwy.

Beautiful setting, lovely room- clean, comfortable and well furnished, extremely helpful staff, car parking (may be a little tight if you have a larger vehicle) and the pub just over the road.

Staff very friendly and helpful with local information. Room appeared to have been recently decorated and very comfortable , if a little small.. Breakfast good. Fresh milk available in corridor small fridge.

Perfect location for exploring around Conwy, I wish I had known about trivia night before we booked, we would have gotten there earlier to participate! Would stay there again.

The hotel is centrally located. Close to the rail station and across the street from the castle. Perfect! The room was spacious and the "bagged" breakfast delivered to our door was also perfect.

It was as sparkling clean and very comfortable. There was a separate sitting area in our room which was nice. Yea, coffee and biscuits provided too. Decor was gorgeous . Lots of choice for breakfast.
