Situated in the small village of Boat of Garten, The Boat House Guesthouse offers free WiFi access and free on-site parking.

Contrary to other reviews which I'm sure were posted on the wrong Boathouse, the Boat House Guesthouse, remember Guesthouse, would definitely get my return business. Harry was a delightful host and his breakfast made to order, could not be surpassed. Friendly, clean and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Balavoulin. From checkin to breakfast to checkout everything was great. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. The freshly prepared breakfast was amazing. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

My stay was excellent. Kirsty and Kevin are superb hosts providing everything you could need. Idyllic location really close to town centre and beautiful finishing touches. They really have thought of everything. I travelled for business but it felt like a holiday. I have already re-booked for next year with work and will be looking at other times of the year for personal travel too.
