The hotel was excellent value. The room was clean and comfortable, check-in easy and the location in the middle of town. There was free parking in the courtyard at the rear.

You walk in and you feel like you’re coming home from being away. Very welcoming, had a lovely time at dinner and later in the bar- chatting with some locals, our room was extremely comfortable! Your choice of Down and synthetic pillows! Thank you!! Breakfast also excellent! We will be back

Ian and Ruth are amazing hosts! They are personable, serve a lovely breakfast and go above and beyond normal host duties. We picked the guesthouse based on location to friends but would return based on the level of hospitality ...had the lovely Sapphire Room.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for walking to the harbour and taking the route to Battle to visit the abbey and battle.

The location is 2 minutes from De la Warr Pavilion and beach in Bexhill. Ideal if you are going to an event, or just want a relaxing seaside break. My room was very nicely furnished at the top of the house, large en suite bathroom. Breakfast - excellent menu. I asked for just a continental breakfast and was delighted to have fresh fruit salad, super croissants with cheese, yogurt, and excellent pot of tea. I found the location was ideal, and the guest house very friendly and welcoming.I will definitely stay again when next in Bexhill.
