Location was ideal for visiting other places and a beautiful setting especially the sunrise on a good day... comfortable, relaxing house and room, very quiet...hosts Ben and V were very welcoming and nothing was too much if needed anything . breakfast was fab especially the toast...lovely local pub within walking distance The Pheasant inn... great value for money would definitely book again.

The location & views from the Guesthouse were superb. Tim & Karen are truly great hosts, very friendly, helpful & nothing is too much trouble. Amazing breakfast each morning. Wish we had stayed longer, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Lakes.
