The host was WONDERFUL! She had thought of literally everything to make a stay above and beyond perfect. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were just so comfy and full of warmth. Location from train and closeness to the heart of town was great.

Private, clean, perfectly appointed, no details left out. The space is great for two people. Having the kitchen was great, especially since the hosts stocked it with essentials. Plus having access to the beautiful flower garden is a great bonus. It is in a quaint little village with a very nice restaurant The George nearby. A visit to nearby Arundel (5 minute drive) to see the castle and visit the shops is a must.

Breakfast was quick and well-prepared. Location was great - close to train and a short walk to the city centre. Also, a nice walking path by the river was nearby.

For my needs this was a great location, easy free parking options, 8 mins walk to local shops and restaurants and the room was very spacious and nicely put together. Comfortable bed and nice large shower were the top features for me. Very generous and well stocked tea / coffee facilities as well. I'd definitely stay again. Great value for price.

Wonderful accommodation directly in front of beach. Big appreciating for home made breakfast (fruit salad, warm pastry and much more) Also owners of this guest house are very kind. I can only recommend staying in this guest house

The accommodation was spacious and very clean. There was a welcoming bottle of milk and a bottle of chilled water in the fridge. There were various jams with the usual tea, coffee supplies. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. The shower was great and the beds were very comfortable.It was super to have a table to sit and eat at. Parking was off street and easy. There was a Tesco Express within a very short walking distance.
