Great find in Saundersfoot. We had room 1 which was a suite complete with microwave and fridge. Really enjoyable stay and would come back. The pool table in the conservatory was great (50p per play), and we also made use of the swimming pool during our stay. Glad I didn't take notice of some of the comments on trip advisor re. decor etc.

An exceptionally enjoyable stay. Excellent location, close to the centre and the waterfront. Landlords friendly and caring but without imposition meaning we feel almost at home. Rooms spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you need - even thought of ear cleaning sticks, cleaning products etc. Very comfortable bed overlooking the sea plus fresh perfect breakfasts. I would sincerely recommend and I myself will definitely return too :-)

A real gem. We were touring Wales for several weeks and stayed in 7 different Guesthouses/Hotels. Woodlands was our #1. Sue & Dave very obviously enjoy operating their business. Home tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable. The Breakfast options were numerous and excellently prepared . Parking in front was a bonus as was the lovely garden and the guest lounge containing an abundance of well presented information on the attractions in the area.

We had a lovely stay. The location between Tenby and Saundersfoot was great as you could walk to either town. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and gave excellent advice about what we could do in the area. The room and ensuite were modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options available. We would highly recommend Pen Mar.

Anna was a wonderful host: easy to chat with, helpful when we were looking for a good local resturant and introduced us to her alpacas & their mate Toffee the sheep! (They like to eat the biscuts provided in your room). Our breakfast was also very good, with fresh eggs from their own chickens. Would definitely stay here again when near Tenby.

However, Martin invited us to look at the room and drop our stuff off. So exceptional service. The room was an excellent size, central to different areas. Very knowledgeable of the local area, very polite and eager to please. Very nice cooked breakfast, more than enough in one service. Will be staying again

And responds to emails straight away, very impressive. The water supply which I was dreading before getting there was surprisingly excellent. Both toilets and bathrooms were being cleaned regularly and essentials were topped up regularly too. Again,I just want to thank them both for having us on our short break.
