The proximity to Granville and the beaches was great. The friendliness and welcome of Chantal the owner who tried to communicate with us in English was much appreciated. The actual room we stayed in was fantastic. Lovely and clean, with a very comfy bed, beautifully furnished and well equipped for a short stay. Although the room was in the family home, there is a separate front entrance to allow guests their own privacy for coming and going.

We enjoyed meeting our hosts, who were very nice and forthcoming. We were glad for the quiet location, too, and the breakfast was excellent. And I would be remiss if I did not mention the super-affectionate cat, who obviously runs the place under an iron paw. :-)
