The staff was very helpful - we don’t speak Spanish and they understood our English. They helped us get a taxi next morning. Only had coffee for breakfast and it was good.

Lovely staff, so helpful and kind. Really appreciated the staff going beyond to help me find my bus stop and travel to my next place. Sold me a bottle of water at the desk late at night too for a good price. 10/10 :)

We decided to stay here for Semana Santa and found our accommodations to be clean and comfortable. We were treated with excellent service and weren't far from the Alicante city center. We ended up renting a bike and would recommend a rental of some kind for addeded freedom, though there's a bus stop in front of the hotel and you can walk all the way on the sidewalk if the weather permits. Check out La Palmeral Park if you get the chance! I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability and location.

The rooms are centrally located, have comfortable beds, provision of towels, lift access and above all, friendly service. Thanks Sami for the warm welcome and for being accommodating with the checkin. There were two spacious shared bathrooms which were clean each private room had an individual lock. It was only 5 min walk from the Alicante Bus Station and a short 25 min bus ride from the airport.
