Tolle Lage des Hotels und sehr,sehr schöne ruhige Aussenanlage!!!!Einfach topp!!!! Frühstück mehr als ausreichend, auf Wunsch Spiegelei, Rührei, Omelette, sogar u.a.Schwarzbrot im Angebot, Wurst,Kaese, und Marmelade ausreichend vorhanden.Wir kommen in jedem Fall nächstes Jahr wieder!!!!

The best generous and thoughtful Seniorita ( making the best breakfasts for us) and Senior who were such exceptional people with big hearts, always ready to help. We came in the middle of the night and it wasn't a problem to check in.The room was nice, clean with the balcony and the hairdryer in the bathroom. The Sutimar has a perfect localisation, just one street from the beach, close to the restaurants and pubs. The area is not noisy with a close bus stop so you can easily travel to Palma, Airport or other cities you would like to visit. It's a perfect solution to people who want to relax and avoid the much louder Magaluf. We highly recommend this place run by great Spanish owners. Location is everything, and Hostal Neptuno certainly delivers in this aspect. Situated just a stone's throw away from the beach, you couldn't ask for a more convenient place to stay. The proximity to the sandy shores allowed for easy access to the beautiful Mediterranean waters and picturesque sunsets. It truly was a beach lover's paradise. One of the standout features of this hotel was its incredibly helpful staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff members were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and ensuring that guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their attentive and friendly nature greatly enhanced my overall experience. Cleanliness is a top priority at Hostal Neptuno, and it shows. The rooms were meticulously maintained, and the housekeeping staff took great care in keeping them spotless throughout my stay. The level of cleanliness was consistently high, which is a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and hygienic environment for its guests. Despite being located in the heart of a tourist hub, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful my stay was.
