Everything was fantastic! Can't fault them. Staff were super accomodating and friendly. We arrived very early after a shocking overnight bus and even though we hadn't previously requested an early check in, the staff made sure it was cleaned as quickly as possible, allowing us early access and a much needed nap. The room was clean and so comfortable, and re-cleaned daily. Great location, just slightly out of the more touristy area, but easy to walk into the city centre and very close to walk to Alhambra. I've already recommended to friends that they stay here, and will continue to do so. Can't wait to come back!

Rustic but worth the price. It's perfectly located and close to downtown Granada. Close to many tapas bars, restaurants, and local attractions like the Cathedral. The place was clean and the hot water worked fine. We could see the processions from our balcony. We came for Semana Santa and there was a Procession right in-front of the entrance. The owner didn't speak English but he was very patient with my broke Spanglish. The owner said we could go find parking and come back after 10pm. We originally booked parking in advance at the San Agostín market; we know it fits my 1.9 meter tall American SUV. But all the roads leading San Agostín were closed for the Processions and we had to switch over to El Violón, a 15 minute walk.

We stayed at Veracruz ll. The host Cristina was waiting for us to let us know that she has changed us to Veracruz II as the air conditioning was working better there. She was super nice and attentive, she even offer a late check out. The room was a good size very clean.

The location cannot be better! Authentic atmosphere in the whole building and the room. The room could be a bit too small for four people for longer stay, but for 2 nights was perfect. Friendly staff. Great breakfast across the street in the cafe place run by the same owner. Underground parking across the street 20eur/day. Got clear instructions how to arrive there, as driving in Granada is a bit of challenge (many streets are for residents only).
