The Hostal Drago is well situated in Andalusia, a short walk from the beach. La Cañada, Valderrama and Sotogrande Golf Courses are all within minutes.

We checked in at the bar below the hotel. Check in was easy and the host showed us to our room. He explained that it was Carnaval weekend in San Martin del Tesorillo and that the streets would be noisy. He kindly offered us an upgraded room on the 3 floor to try to minimize the noise. The room was large, very comfortable and recently renovated. I know other reviews have complained about the noise from the bar. That was not an issue for us. Recommended.
