We loved everything! As full time travelers we were looking for a serene place along the coast to relax after a few months of travel; eat great seafood and just chill in a small seaside location. It’s a lovely tranquil setting with views of the sea- a beach just a few steps away and minutes drive from Cee or Ezaro for lovely restaurants. We booked a double room with sea view and we were blown away by this accommodation (3 guest rooms total?). Our room was gorgeous and the bed was lovely. Breakfast is offered for $10US delivered to your room each morning and well worth it. The host’s were fantastic and made us feel right at home. Did I mention the beautiful patio & pool right outside our bedroom door?? We were thrilled with our choice!

staff was extremely kind and helpful. the facility seemed quite new. very clean and quiet. the sheep, ducks and rooster were a bonus.

Everything was amazing! We had a room with a huge balcony and we had the chance to watch a beautiful sunrise with perfect views in the comfort of our room. The breakfast was great, hospitality too. We had a free and easy parking although our rental car was huge,it was no problem. And finally the restaurant the owner recommended (as we asked) was absolutely great(Mar de Crebas), at Michelin level but in a very cozy atmosphere. And only 2 minutes walking distance!

The Pension is really very clean, built recently and attention to details. The bed is very confortabile and the staff is absolutely friendly and welcoming. They have a restaurant as well with good food.

The room was warm, dry and cozy after we had a long walk in the rain. We came and our clothes were wet, and our hostess helped us try them and made us very comfortable. We ate at a very nice restaurant in the town which is very sweet by the way and it was easy leaving and entering the town from the Camino.

Jorge and Solange welcomed us as if we were family. We had just finished the Camino and arrived to Fisterra early. They were eating breakfast with their own family who had just arrived from Brazil and included us immediately at the table! Jorge’s story about his grandmother was inspirational. (And his restaurant recommendations were spot on!) Beds were very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. We would absolutely stay again.

There's a reason everyone loves casa a pichona and it's quite simply the lovely luxurious feeling the hosts give you. Thank you for a fantastic time. For your patience with our lack of Spanish and our thirst! Your garden is beautiful and the river a tonic for every pilgrim who strolls to your door. The beds are the best on my many caminos over the last 16 years since 2007. The best comparison would be in Pamplona where the mattress at the massionave hotel is equally superb. We went via valkar and turned off towards Dumbria. A lovely walk and if we had turned left after the v down the hill we'd have arrived 20 mins earlier and enjoyed the garden longer.
