We also had a delay and we arrived late at night at the hostal, after the check in hour, but there was someone from the staff that was waiting for us and helped with the check in. I was traveling with my dog, who enjoyed the stay as much as I did. This hotel deserves at least another star. Is very well located, clear enough to everything you need yet not in the middle of the chaos and noise you could fear in such city. The staff is extremely kind, all of them, the cleaning team, the receptionists and the manager. Charming people! The facilities are nice, cosy, cute and clean. Équipement is sufficient, and more, considering they have a pool for the guests. If I come back to Ibiza, I’ll for sure stay here again.
