We absolutely loved our stay at Uma Suites! Check-in and communication were great, and the staff were very kind, polite, and happy to answer all of our questions. The keyless rooms are really convenient; you can open the building door and your room from your phone or use a number code if your phone dies/no internet etc. The room itself was clean and perfectly comfortable for two people. The bed and pillows were very comfy, there was plenty of hanging closet and shelf space, and the bathroom towels were good quality too. The location was very central, so we were able to walk to many of the things we wanted to see, and if something was a bit farther away, there was a convenient metro stop near the hotel. Inside it was very quiet, much more peaceful than I had expected, so coming back to our room felt like a nice escape after a long day of touring the city. I would definitely stay here again!!

This was a clean and comfortable stay. Our host was very friendly and helpful. There were interesting neighborhoods to explore nearby. The train station is conveniently located across the street. We were very satisfied with the accommodations.

Super impressed with Sandra’s abilities to welcome us like we’re friends. She is the director/manager of the hotel and made sure everything was meeting our needs, and did this with such happiness. I will miss seeing her! She’s wonderful! The staff very nice, the breakfast was fresh & yummy each morning. I love the rooftop garden & the decor/style of the hotel. I want to stay there again! Highly recommend.

really helpful and staff. They emailed clear easy directions for travel on transit from the airport to the hotel well in advance. On arrival they continued being so helpful with directions and tips. The best staff we have ever dealt with. The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing . It was clean quiet and comfortable.

Location just off Plaza Mayor. 7 min walk to Puerta de Sol We were upgraded to a room with 3 beds on the third floor No lift but staff helped us with luggage The room is small and old but very clean They sell colddrinks and water for 1Euro at reception which is open 24 hours per day. Max and Hector at reception were so friendly and helpful Made us feel very welcome
