The room is located ten minutes of walk from the sea and from Plaza del Mar. It is in the very centre. It is clean and it was very easy to communicate with the owner who was always at a disposal. The price was totally ok for the room centrally located in the touristic city as Alicante. In the room there is the pot for preparing coffee and tea, which is very comfortable. Attentive person welcomed us. We travel as a family, which includes bikes and all, and that was not a problem. They provided an extra crib that my younger son loved (despite him being already 3yo!). It was also a short trip to the BMX circuit we were traveling too, so all good. There is a massive common area with an actual real theater row of seats and a big screen, a decently stuffed kitchen, and even a sauna (we didn't try). Really good overall.
