Everything was fantastic! Franco was extremely pleasant and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was modern & comfortable. The morning breakfasts were tasty and different everyday. The location was wonderful and we felt safe walking back in the evenings on well lit streets the entire way.

The location is perfect, close enough to the main centre for a lovely walk, yet far enough to be nice and quiet. Staff are beyond helpful, english is spoken too. Big supermarket nearby as well as lots of food options. Place was clean, fresh towels everyday and a nice secure parking. We parked 2 Motorcycles securely locked behind gates. Breakfast was great, really can't speak highly enough of this place. Do I need to mention Hot showers!

Enjoyed this amazing stay in Cuenca . The hotel had everything my husband and I needed . We went on a couple get away and enjoyed the city , the views , the night life . Our hotel was right in front of a great view , so many attractions nearby . It is not loud at all , hotel was cleaned and staff was extremely helpful .

This is not a hostel, as the name would suggest, it's much more like a hotel. The room was exceptional, with large windows overlooking a nice park.

Its my second stay. The owner is so sweet and makes sure that your stay is very comfortable. Its located a block away from both of my favorite vegan restaurants and a great french bakery. I have a lovely time reading by the river after enjoying a fresh baguette and a lovely stroll.

The location was excellent to have easy access to the town. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The showers had amazing pressure and the water got very hot. They have a cool rooftop area as well. And one of the receptionists helped us book our mini bus to Guayaquil which was very helpful, and they were very quick to respond on WhatsApp.

Nel cuore del centro storico, in una via tranquilla, l’ Hostal La Cigale é un luogo di aggregazione local - frequentatissimo da persone del posto che vengono a fare aperitivo o anche a studiare o lavorare mentre sorseggiano un buon drink. Le stanze sono al secondo piano e affacciano sul ristorante. A noi è piaciuto molto l’ambiente, ci siamo sempre sentiti al sicuro e cibo e cocktail sono ottimi! (Menzione speciale per la caipirinha, penso la più buona che abbia mai bevuto!) Ci hanno subito avvisato che la sera ci sarebbe stata musica: eravamo preparati al peggio ma in realtà si trattava di musica godibile, mai molesta, e soprattutto sono sempre stati molto puntuali con gli orari di spegnimento. Per noi non ha costituito un problema!
