House stays quite cool, all rooms equipped with fans, main bedroom with AC. The main bedroom is equipped with a giant double bed. Outside sitting area nice and shaded. It's a short walk to the main Bayahibe area's, at night it is perfectly safe as well as nice and quiet. Luca is a great host, always available for advice.

Offer free coffee in the morning. Currently they have some maintenance work going on. Started at 9 am with loud hammering.
