Beautiful home, room, garden, surrounding area. We spent the entire afternoon in the garden, eating and drinking, watching the sheep. Very charming reception by staff, and later, the owner upon arrival. The rooms were gorgeous, fresh flowers, tastefully decorated and with small, very meaningful surprises here and there. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, we even got a free sample from a nearby dairy farm! Bed was amazing, pillows were full and perfect. Gorgeous view from our room windows. This is the perfect example of making your hotel an experience for quests, and not just a place to rest their heads. I wish we could have stayed for a couple of days!

Peter went out of his way to do a local bank transfer for us which we could not do with international account. Always has smile and very helpful all the time. Very happy with the service. Have stayed before and again if we get the chance. We can recommend Pension Seewald.

We were due to arrive late and the receptionist went out of her way to make sure that we were able to get in and find our keys. Breakfast was very good. The location was good for us as we arrived from Munich by train and it was only about 5-6 minutes walk from the station. It is relatively central and good for access to the lake shore.
