Really well maintained property. Clean. The bedding was appropriate for softness and support. Clean toilet and shower. Enough ventilation not needing air-conditioning even on a summer day. The manager was very kind and polite! Property located two minutes away from tram station with very easy approach to other parts of the city. WiFi worked well

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very lovely, super clean and also very nice and quiet. The room and bathroom was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was generous with various selection. The closest city is Wurzburg (14 km away) which we stopped over before heading back home in Belgium.

Tourists shouldn't be put off by it though! It is literally 15 minutes' driving distance from Würzburg's residenzplatz. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet.
