Entry is easy with a PIN code into the building, then a key for your room. Some steps to carry your luggage up at the entrance. Rooms are very nice, we had a terrace to sit on facing the street. Very quite at night with the triple glazing. Bathroom is of good size and fantastic shower. Comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The staff was awesome. I am in a wheelchair and when we ended up with rooms on the side that did not have an elevator, they went out of their way to switch us to rooms that were accessible by the elevator. Breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was terrific, just a short distance from the S-bahn station. It made things very simple to get into Berlin.
