La estancia en Waldfrieden para mí fue perfecta. Tranquilidad, limpieza, amabilidad, buen desayuno, estaba a 5 minutos andando de la parada del tren, tenía la tarjeta Konus que me permitía viajar de gratis por toda Selva Negra, la ducha caliente. En fin, volveré y recomiendo al 100%

The location was lovely, in the mountains and semi succluded as we wanted, the owner was lovely and extremely helpful. Breakfast was a banquet each morning, and nothing was too much. Rooms were comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very charming, and if you stay there, you NEED to hike to Harkhof. Everything was very tidy, and even if we didn't speak much German, the hosts were extemely nice and helpful. Everything was clean and the photos are very true to reality.

After checking in at the main restaurant / bar building I was shown to a separate house across the road and given a room on the first floor. The room may be considered a little dated in its décor but was clean, of a good size and perfectly functional. There was ample off-road parking directly outside. Back at the main building there is a decent terrace where an evening beer or meal can be taken. A very good breakfast is also served here in the mornings, the staff were always pleasant and helpful. The location is very rural being a little way outside Oberharmersbach, very tranquil and an excellent base for touring the Schwartzwald / Black Forrest region due to its central location. The price I was charged for my four-night stay was exceptionally good value.

The bed was quite comfortable. That's all I can really say in terms of what I liked about staying at Pension Haus Rose; there was nothing else that I liked.

What a perfect spot for a stop over. We were on our way home after a week in Italy and could not have asked for a better place to spend our evening and night. The hotel has a magnificent view. The road wasn't very busy, so all we heard was the water in the stream across the road. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good too. A funny robot cat brought our coffee to the table. So much fun for the children!

A charming and comfortable place for visiting the Black Forest area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious and had a lot of storage for clothes and gear. The breakfast was great! Meats, cheeses, fruit, bread and pastries, yogurt, also eggs and bacon cooked to order.
