The hotel is located at the edge of the village of Neukirchen. We had a room in the annex which served its purpose well. The breakfast was extensive. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was hearty north German fare. I would stay there again.

The house, my room, my bed, the peace and quietness, the breakfast but especially the host, who is besides being a philosopher, psychologist, scientist and artist by nature very friendly and helpful.

Location is great and the room that we got was very spacious and lovely - we loved the old school vibes! The bed was super comfy with fluffy pillows and warm covers. I appreciated the option to open windows and the blinds as I like to sleep in the dark. Breakfast didn’t have tons of options but all the staples were available; eggs, sausage, bacon, rolls + yoghurt and cereal and fresh fruit. No fresh juice but bottled drinks in several flavors were pretty good!
