If you want to feel at home in a real castle this is your place! we arrived outside reception opening time but it was no problem for this lovely family who runs the place. We even received dinner although kitchen was closed too. The room was as spacious as a two bedroom flat. The castle dates back to the year 777! and only we could discover it after and before opening time as a stay overnight guests…Very special place, a real treasure hunt with all the cats for older kids (toddlers only by holding hands). Breakfast is a treat. An overall excellent stay for us. Thank you!

A wonderful retreat in the heart of a small town! My stay in this room was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. The room proved to be a cozy spot where one can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy tranquility. The staff deserves special mention - genuinely friendly and caring, they made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this room to anyone looking for a warm atmosphere and friendly service!

The place was nice and quiet overnight. We ate in a very good Greek restaurant just a few miles up the road as the hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings.
