Great breakfast and very friendly host! The bathroom was not very modern, but we had everything we needed and everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable. And if you like to go hiking, this is the place to be.

We are 2 long distance cyclists riding from the UK to Italy and the Gasthof Rose was exactly on our route in the centre of the delightful town of Hornberg just around the corner from the marketplace. It is a very comfortable traditional hotel run by a very charming lady. Good restaurant and an excellent breakfast. Very quiet. Very good secure bike storage in the hotel's garage. Very comfortable.

We love everything! It is a very clean and confortable guest house in the middle of beautiful trails for hiking and biking. The owner is a lovely person and very attentive, always giving good suggestions about the area. We strongly recommend it and for sure we will be back soon.
