Picked this place since it wasn't very far from the Karlstejn castle. The room was as advertised - cozy and neat for a single traveler. Was there only for a night. The staff were very courteous and were able to accommodate my dietary requirements too. The food I had was great - loved the fried cheese. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

The guest house is located right at the foot of the hill where Karlstejn Castle is situated, so you get to see the impressive castle right from your bedroom window, which is absolutely wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the rooms were modern and cozy. With a bit more attention to the cleaning of the rooms, the owners of this place can rest assured that they own a true gem in beautiful Karlstejn!

Blanka was there to greet us when we arrived with her lovely little dog Hoppi, she was so kind and welcoming. We felt at home right away. We had such a relaxed stay at Villa blanka, we could happily have stayed for longer. There is a traditional Czech bar round the corner and a lovely restaurant set in a log cabin. This is the perfect getaway of you are looking for peace and tranquility
